Francisco Caballero
Owner/Operator
Francisco graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in chemical engineering. However, due to other circumstances, he decided to go into the construction and remodeling business. He has been professionally painting for a few years now. He combines the knowledge he learned from his college education, his Christian values, and his passion for working with his hands to create and deliver excellent craftsmanship. Aside from work and church, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and the outdoors.
Julio Hernandez
Julio has 30+ years of experience in the construction field. He started as a carpenter, building and installing all cabinets and millwork of a house. He worked for major builder companies for several years until he opened up his own construction business as a general contractor. With his many years of experience and skill, Julio knows everything needed to build a house from the ground up. In fact, he has built dozens with the help of a team, and also has completed smaller add-on homes with the help of a handful of people only. Besides work and church, Julio enjoys spending time with family and fishing.

We are a family owned and operated small painting and remodeling business, serving the Houston area and it’s surroundings. We pride ourselves with delivering a nice job at a competitive price. We value your home as if it was ours and will treat it as such. We can tackle many residential remodeling jobs including: kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, porches, gazebos, pergolas, storage rooms, demolition & restoration, water damage control, Sheetrock patches & texture match, Interior and exterior painting including cabinets; installation of trim, doors, cabinets, shelves, light fixtures, faucets, and appliances.
We’ve also worked with Apartments and realtors, doing full ready to move-in remodels, including blue-tape walk and final cleaning.
Not every contractor will deliver a long-lasting remodel job, but we have the knowledge, the skill, and the integrity to complete your job the right way. And, that goes for every job we take on
